MEET AARON ROCKE – Seattle employment law attorney
After working for both a large civil defense firm and the Attorney General’s office in the Torts Division, Aaron V. Rocke started his Rocke Law Group in 2008 so that he could control the number of cases he took on to ensure a high level of service and full attention to client needs.
Aaron practices in civil litigation, with a focus in employment and commercial litigation. He also advises business clients on strategic planning and risk management. His litigation experience includes complex litigation, commercial litigation, employment discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour matters, professional liability, personal injury, and non-compete agreements.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
After serving in the U.S. Army, Aaron returned to his home in Seattle and using his G.I. bill benefits, Aaron went back to school to earn his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.

Brittney Tubbs is an associate attorney at Rocke Law Group and enjoys working closely with clients to find solutions to complex employment issues.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
Brittney grew up in California and attended University of the Pacific for her undergraduate studies. She earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Religious Studies to fuel her interest in the reasoning and motivations behind people’s actions.
Brittney moved to Seattle in 2015 to attend University of Washington School of Law. During law school, she served as an editor for the Washington Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and represented students in a variety of legal matters through University of Washington Student Legal Services. She also interned with the Washington State Court of Appeals and U.S. Department of Education. Brittney loves the Seattle area. In her free time, she plays co-ed softball and board games, kayaks to Blake Island, and relishes the Seattle food scene.

Peter Montine
Peter Montine is an associate attorney at Rocke Law Group and enjoys the challenges and opportunities offered by a small commercial litigation and employment practice.
Peter is interested in the intersection of the law and technology. He was a member of the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic and he interned at the University of Washington Center for Commercialization (now CoMotion) in the patent division.
Peter is passionate about using his legal education to serve others. He worked at the Northside Community Law Centre (now Community Law & Mediation) in Dublin, Ireland, where he helped provide legal services to some of Dublin’s more disadvantaged neighborhoods. He was also on the board of the Street Youth Legal Advocates of Washington (SYLAW) student organization.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
Peter has lived in Seattle for over 13 years and loves the Pacific Northwest. He enjoys spending time on the Olympic Peninsula and loves cheering on the Huskies and the Seahawks.
He is a “Double Dawg” with undergraduate and law degrees from UW.
